* Through mobile and desktop applications you download from the Website, which provide dedicated non-browser-based interaction between you and the Website.

* Information that is about you but individually does not identify you, such as information about your boating interests and bodies of water that you frequent;

* Geo-location information provided by the GPS features of your mobile device, including your location while using the Application.

* Automatically as you navigate through the Website or the Application. Information collected automatically may include usage details, IP addresses, geolocation metadata and information collected through cookies, web beacons and other tracking technologies. The location tracking technology utilized by the Application may be disabled in the Application. Disabling the location technology tracking technology will prohibit the Company from obtaining certain information from you automatically as you use the Application; however, it will also disable certain features available in the Application.


The information we collect on or through the Website or the Application may include:
* Information that you provide by filling in forms on the Website or the Application. This includes information provided at the time of registering to use the Website or the Application or at the time of subscribing to premium features on the Application or making other “in-app” purchases (including credit card or other financial information). * Targeted Advertising. If you do not want us to use information that we collect or that you provide to us to deliver advertisements according to our advertisers’ target-audience preferences, you can opt-out by the relevant box at the time of registration on the Website or the Application, or by adjusting the account settings in your user profile.
